"My wife and I had a very large oak tree fall on our home last March. With all of the weather-related events that insurance companies had to deal with this year, we were expecting delays in paperwork, communications and payment, so we remained patient. But whenever we hit a roadblock, large or small, with any particular issue, a simple call placed to Jerry Monkus resolved every issue within a couple of days, sometimes even hours. I had the same very, very responsive insurance agent for 50 years before Jerry. That agent was one of my closest friends all of those years, but she retired a couple of years ago. I am every bit as happy with Jerry as I was with her. And his staff, especially Peggy and Elonda, have been equally helpful and professional. Can't say enough good about these people.
